Good probiotic

I have irritable bowel syndrome so probiotics are a must in my diet. This worked well but given the price I was maybe expecting a bit better results. When I buy cheaper supplements I get the same results and I did not notice anything that would justify paying more than double. But it is a good probiotic.

okay pro-pre biotics

Great after antibiotic treatment

I was in great need for probiotics after I had three antibiotics cycles and lots to catch up on gut health.
